Our items are made of majority wood and acrylic, while we try our best to select quality items there can still be imperfections (such as distressing, knots, dents, scratches and small cracks) when making unique items. No one piece of wood or acrylic is alike. 

Please also understand your item has been made with love, care and attention to detail. As such, your item may have small imperfections.

  • Handmade Processing and Shipping
    Allow 7-14 business days for order processing on all hand-made items. Shipping is another 1-5 days, depending how far you live from Texas. We offer a Handmade Rush option for $35. This allows your order to be moved to the front of the line, completed in 2-3 days, and immediately shipping out. All orders that have a 'need by" that is within the current month, requires a Handmade Rush. Add to cart during your order.
  • Forgot to us coupon code
    Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust prices once a transaction has been completed. Please be sure you have all information correct and coupon code entered before hitting submit. Only ONE coupon code may be applied to your order.
  • Carrier Order Returns
    If your order is returned to our facility by USPS or UPS due to address discrepancies, we will contact you to verify new address. You, the customer, will also be responsible for the new shipping rate. We will email an invoice for payment, upon receipt, all items will be shipped out.
  • When will my order ship out
    Due to complications with COVID-19, some orders may be delayed. Wisechoice Creations uses USPS and UPS for delivery. Wisechoice Creations WILL NOT be responsible for any address discrepancies, to include; lost, stolen, misplaced packages. All customers receive a tracking number when orders are completed and shipped out. If your order shows delivered, USPS or UPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. Please contact your local post office/UPS center.
  • Returns and Exchanges
    All items purchased are FINAL SALE! We will fix any mistakes made by our company. Any products deemed defective are eligible for return or exchange. Proper proof will have to be submitted! Absolutely no returns/exchanges on customized items if approval has been accepted by customer.
  • Price Change
    Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price your order was purchased at is the final price.

    Absolutely! Writing your own vows adds a personal touch to the ceremony. We encourage couples to express their feelings and promises to each other in words that are meaningful to them.
  • Do you offer pre-marital counseling?
    Yes, we provide pre-marital counseling services. These sessions aim to enhance communication, address potential challenges, and equip couples with tools for a successful marriage.
  • What types of ceremonies do you officiate?
    We officiate various ceremonies, including traditional weddings, vow renewals, elopements, and destination weddings. Each ceremony is tailored to meet the unique preferences of the couple. We love all love and are LGBTQ+ friendly!
  • Can you perform ceremonies at any location?
    Yes, we are flexible regarding the ceremony location. Whether it's a traditional venue, a scenic outdoor setting, or a unique destination, we strive to accommodate your chosen location.
  • What legal requirements do we need to fulfill?
    We guide you through the legal aspects, ensuring all necessary paperwork and requirements are met. We will also file the marriage license after the ceremony.
  • How far in advance should we book your services?
    It's advisable to book our services as early as possible to secure your preferred date. We recommend reaching out at least six months before your wedding date.
  • What is the cost of your officiant services?
    Our pricing varies depending on the type of ceremony, location, and any additional services requested. We provide transparent pricing details during our initial consultation.
  • Can you incorporate cultural or religious elements into the ceremony?
    Absolutely. We are open to incorporating cultural, religious, or symbolic elements that hold significance for you, ensuring the ceremony reflects your traditions and values.
  • Do you charge a fee for changes or cancellations?
    Yes, we do. We completely understand that life happens and sometimes changes must be made. We will try our best to work with you if we have the available date and time. With that said, once any deposits and/or full payments for any wedding officiant services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Postponed ceremonies will not be charged a re-booking fee, and all monies will be applied to new date/time if available. Please call us to discuss.
